Terms & Conditions:

Public skating discounts apply to sessions like Public Skate, After School Skate, and Bring a Friend Friday. Discounts do not include special events such as Skate with Santa or Taster Sessions. Retailer offers and discounts are subject to change. Codes are sent to the purchaser and can only be redeemed once. Planet Ice Rewards is available to all members, offering cashback and savings on everyday purchases.

Steps to Activate Your Family Ice Card Membership

  1. Login to Your Ice Account
  2. Check Your Account for a Photo
    • Once logged in, scroll down to check if you have a photo on your account.
    • If not, upload a photo before proceeding.
  3. Activate Your Card
    • Locate the “Your Ice Card Status” section and click “Pay & Activate.”
    • On the next screen, find the “Add Voucher/Discount Code” box and enter your code.
    • Press Apply, then confirm and pay to complete the activation.
  4. Repeat for Other Accounts Over Age 13
    • If there are additional family members over 13 with their own Ice Accounts:
      • Have them log in to their accounts.
    • Repeat the same process using the same discount code.
  5. Add Family Members Under Age 13
    • For children under 13 without their own Ice Accounts:
      • In your account, navigate to the “Your Profile” page and click “Add Family Members.”
      • Add each child’s details and upload a photo for them.
      • For each child, select “Pay & Activate” and repeat the steps to enter the discount code and confirm payment.
  6. Complete Your Family Membership
    • Once all steps are completed for each family member, your Family Ice Card Membership will be fully activated.
